Loving Homecare Inc., a US in-home elderly care provider, came to SEO for Homecare in June 2021 ranking for just 10 keywords. By August 2022 the site ranked for 1,802 keywords, pulled 2,804 monthly organic visitors, and held #1 for 23+ high-volume terms — including searches where it outranked the Alzheimer's Association and Medline Plus.

A great service no one could find

Loving Homecare Inc. does something genuinely valuable. They help older adults stay cared for in their own homes, with staff who tailor recovery, lifestyle, and specialized support to each person. The care was never the problem. Visibility was.

When they came to us in June 2021, their website was working against them. It wasn't built for search, the content didn't say enough, and technical issues were dragging the whole thing down. The result: the site ranked for just ten keywords. For a business that lives or dies by local families finding it online, that's close to invisible.

The strategy
